Abstract
The fish were exposed to alkaline water of pH 10.2-10.3 for 21 days since hatching. Histological preparations showed pathological changes in epithelium, gills, esophagus, nasal cavities, eye, brain, heart, swim bladder, and liver compared with the control fish reared at pH 7.8-8.2.
